Directions: Dissolve 2 scoops in 250ml of milk or water. 3Action Recovery Shake can be used before (1 hour) or after exertion. Due to the high protein level this shake can also be consumed during breakfast or dinner
Packaging: Cans of 0,5kg (13 portions). To ensure the quality and freshness, the powder is packaged in sacks of 0,5kg.
Ingredients: Milk components, milk proteins, dextrose, sugar, isomaltulose* (=Palatinose) (4%), flavoring: natural strawberry flavor, salt, anticoagulant: tricalciumphosphate E341, sodium bicarbonate, natural coloring: beetroot. (*) Isomaltulose is a source of glucose and fructose.
