3Action Carbofruit contains neither fat nor fiber and has a low protein content, preventing gastrointestinal problems. Bars rich in fats, fibers, and proteins delay gastric emptying during exercise, cause gastrointestinal issues and slow down the supply of energy (carbohydrates). In addition, 3Action Carbofruit contains Palatinose, which releases energy more slowly thanks to the unique glucose-fructose binding. Due to the combination of fast sugars and Palatinose, the body is quickly supplied with energy, and the fuel remains available to the body for longer.
Thanks to its soft texture, 3Action Carbofruit is very easy to chew and quickly absorbed, even during high efforts. The fruit paste resembles a soft candy and is therefore loved by many athletes. One Carbofruit contains 31g of carbohydrates and 90mg of sodium chloride for fast replenishment of fluid and salt stores.
