Bars that are rich in fats, fibers and proteins slow down stomach emptying during exercise, so they also slow down the supply of energy (carbohydrates). 3Action Nougat Energy Bar contains a very low fat, fiber and protein content. Nougat Energy Bar is very carbohydrate-rich (95%) and also contains Palatinose, which, thanks to the unique glucose-fructose bond, releases the energy more slowly. The combination of fast sugars and Palatinose not only provides the body with energy quickly, but also keeps the fuel available for longer.
Thanks to its soft texture, Nougat Energy Bar is very easy to chew and quickly absorbed, even during high efforts.
In summary, Nougat Energy Bar provides a fast and long-lasting energy supply during sports and is therefore not only suitable for endurance athletes (such as cyclists, marathon runners, …) but certainly also for team and racket athletes.
