3Action Energy Gel is a concentrated energy-rich gel for extra energy during sports performance.
During long and/or intensive efforts, carbohydrates are the body’s primary energy source. With efforts of 60 minutes or longer, it is recommended to replenish the carbohydrates in time.
The 3Action Energy Gel contains 75% carbohydrates (approx. 25g per serving), is quickly absorbed, easily digestible, and naturally gluten- and lactose-free. In addition, 3Action Energy Gel contains Palatinose, a unique glucose-fructose compound that prolongs energy release. Due to the combination of fast sugars and Palatinose, the body is quickly supplied with energy, and the fuel remains available to the body for longer. Available in a handy compact size (34g), easy to carry.
In summary, 3Action Energy Gel suits athletes who need fast-absorbing carbohydrates. Therefore, it is not only suitable for endurance athletes (such as cyclists, marathon runners, …), who can best consume these gels immediately before and/or during their efforts, but also for team and racket athletes, who can consume this gel during rest.

Recommended use: Use 1 to 3 gels per hour of exercise in combination with water or sports drink, depending on the duration, intensity, and other combinations of sports nutrition. Drink 1 or 2 sips of sports drink or water after consuming the 3Action Energy Gel for optimal absorption.

Smaakvolle gel, makkelijk onder broekspijp te stoppen (grabbelen in je achterzakje heb je geen tijd voor in een mtb wedstrijd). Makkelijk te open ook al ben je vol in koers.

Wat mij vooral aanspreekt in deze gel is de smaak. Ik heb al diverse merken geprobeerd, maar de smaken van 3Action blijven voor mij nummer 1

Ik gebruik deze gels graag! Ik vind ze vooral lekkerder dan de andere merken en door de vorm is hij handig om uit je achterzak te halen tijdens de koers. De energie voorziening is ook zeker goed te noemen. 1 per uur is tijdens klassiekers ideaal eventueel aangevuld met vast eten om je maag ook wat te gunnen. Een tip zou zijn om de verpakking iets makkelijk te openen te maken.
